Zircon Corporation (“Zircon”) warrants to the original purchaser (or original user by gift) that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the electronic circuitry of the product, and specifically excludes consumable parts, including batteries, and software, even if packaged with the product. Defects caused by abuse, modification, handling contrary to these instructions, other unreasonable use, or neglect are not covered under this warranty. No liability is accepted for normal wear and tear and minor defects which do not detract from the function of the product. This Limited Warranty is in addition to the statutory rights to which purchaser is entitled and which are not limited by this warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE, THEY ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD DEFINED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL ZIRCON BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THIS PRODUCT. NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR CLAIMS OF A SIMILAR NATURE WILL BIND OR OBLIGATE ZIRCON.
Any in-warranty defective product returned to the place of purchase with original proof of purchase will be replaced or purchase price refunded at retailer’s option.

MÉXICO PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
ZIRCON DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. garantiza este producto por el término de TRES (3) meses en todas las piezas y componentes del producto, incluyendo la mano de obra contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y funcionamiento a partir de la fecha de compra bajo las siguientes condiciones:
CONDICIONES
1. La presente póliza de garantía es válida sólo dentro de los límites de la República Mexicana.
2. Para hacer efectiva esta garantía, deberá presentarse el producto en la sucursal donde éste fue adquirido, anexando la presente póliza sellada por dicho establecimiento, el cual deberá encontrarse dentro de la República Mexicana.
3. ZIRCON DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. cambiará el producto que presente algún defecto de fabricación y/o funcionamiento sin ningún cargo para el consumidor, siempre y cuando éste no haya incurrido en los siguientes supuestos.
Esta garantía no es válida en los siguientes casos:
1. Cuando el producto haya sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales, descritas en el instructivo correspondiente.
2. Cuando el producto no haya sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso proporcionado.
3. Cuando el producto haya sido alterado o reparado por personas NO autorizadas por Zircón de México.
En caso que la presente garantía se extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir al establecimiento donde se efectuó la compra para que se le expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva. Esta garantía sólo es válida para hacer cambio de producto por producto, por lo que no se otorgan ninguna clase de refacciones.

This Limited Warranty is in addition to the statutory rights to which purchaser is entitled and which are not excluded by this warranty, to the extent any such exclusion is permitted by law.
IN NO EVENT WILL ZIRCON BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS THAT IS NOT FORSEEABLE RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THIS PRODUCT.
